2.2 Minor variations in print color, fabric texture, or sizing (up to ±1 inch) shall not constitute a defect and will not be grounds for returns or replacements.

3.1 All prices listed are in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout.

3.3 Orders will not be processed until full payment is received and confirmed.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

4.1 Processing time for orders is typically 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
4.2 Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen events will not be our liability.
4.3 Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch from our facility.

5. Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

5.1 We offer returns and replacements only in cases of defective or damaged products, subject to verification by our quality control team.
5.2 Requests for return or replacement must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by clear photographic or video evidence of the defect/damage.
5.3 Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact to be eligible for a return or replacement.
5.4 We do not accept returns or replacements for:

• Products damaged due to customer handling, washing, or alterations.

• Sale/clearance items.

• Size or color preference changes after purchase.
  5.5 Refunds, where approved, will be processed in store credit unless otherwise determined by BlackOWhite.
  5.6 Return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer, except in cases where the fault is verified as ours.
